Developed within one of Latin America’s leading aviation maintenance hubs, this 129,166 ft² hangar facility was purpose-built to accommodate wide- and narrow-body aircraft, including Airbus A320 and A330 fleets. The structure was engineered to support continuous maintenance operations in a highly controlled airside environment.
The development required long-span steel framing, heavy-duty floor slabs for aircraft load distribution, integrated trench and utility systems, fire protection infrastructure, and coordinated mechanical and electrical networks essential for MRO performance standards. Construction was executed within an active airport setting, demanding strict adherence to aviation regulations, safety protocols, and operational sequencing.
The completed facility expanded regional aircraft service capacity while reinforcing structural durability, operational precision, and compliance with international aviation requirements.
